Why Chrisad is the VOC for your dental consumer

VOC stands for "Voice of the Customer". It is a term used in marketing and business to refer to the feedback, opinions, aversions and preferences that customers provide about your service.

In simple terms, what do they really think and feel about you, and what do they say about you when they leave? Will they make another appointment and show up to that appointment and tell all their friends and family about your practice, OR NOT?

Our annual research and data analysis captures the views of customers on their experiences with your business and dental services. Then we use this information to improve the service experience. By analysing the VOC data, we can gain insights into customer needs, wants, and preferences and identify areas where you need to improve to meet or exceed customer expectations. If implemented, this will accelerate referral!

How we collect VOC data includes consumer surveys, data mining global review and feedback sites, and customer behaviour data ( what they do, not what they say). The goal of the VOC data we share with you is to create a customer-centric culture within your organisation and to use our research and advice as a critical driver for continuous improvement.
